Qualification
PG Diploma in Packaging or related field
Skills
- Packaging Development
- Packaging materials (plastic, glass, paperboard, and metal)
- Dispensing Systems (Pumps, Tubes, and Valves)
- Printing and Decorating Techniques
- Packaging machines (bottle filling, flow wrapping, labelling, and FFS)
- Communication and analytical skills
- Testing Methods and Trials
- Artwork Proofing
- BOM and Documentation
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of experience in package development
- Experience with personal care product packaging is desired
- Excellent grasp of packing materials, machinery, and testing
- Strong collaboration with the product development, brand, and procurement departments
Requirement
- Handle package development from beginning to end
- Discover new packaging materials, suppliers, and technologies
- Conduct testing, machine trials, and final specifications
- Develop alternative vendors and encourage cost-saving efforts
- Approve artwork and guarantee a seamless packing procedure
- Focus on quality and process improvement programs
Basic Salary
Up to ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
