The Andhra Pradesh government has made the decision to group clustering Grama Ward Sachivalayam together. The successful execution of Padi Sutralu and the realization of the Swarna Andhra Vision will be greatly aided by the village/ward secretariats. The government of Andhra Pradesh has made the decision to restructure the Grama Ward Sachivalayams.
Rationalization of the GSWS System:
Two crucial instruments for carrying out a number of state government activities are the use of real-time governance and the use of deep technology. Reorganizing secretariats, reorienting employees, and forcing them to adjust to new technology in governance are all necessary to meet the aforementioned goals.
For efficient and real-time service delivery, scheme implementation, and timely survey administration, the functionaries employed by village/ward secretariats are divided into three groups. Continue implementing AI, drones, IoT, and other technologies.
- Multifunctional Workers
- Technical Staff
- Aspiring Employees
Secretariats Clustering:
The multipurpose functionaries listed above will continue to operate in their respective secretariats as normal. However, the technical staff must work in two secretariats or one for each secretariat. Therefore, it is necessary to alter the way secretaries are grouped together. The MPDO and Municipal Commissioners now have a module in their logins, thanks to the government.
Clustering Guidelines:
- The MPDO and Municipal Commissioners received the module.
- There should be two or more secretariats in each cluster.
- In each cluster, a minimum of two sachivalayams are required.
- if each mandal or municipality has an odd number of secretariats overall. Three secretariats will then make up one of the clusters.
- The cluster’s secretariats should all be combined based on geographic location rather than population.
Adding Clusters:
- Go to the VSWS official website by clicking the link below
- A new option called Clustering of Secretariats was added to the Officer login
- Select the Secretariat Clustering option
- The Add cluster option will appear. Select “Add cluster.”
- The cluster number will be shown by default.
- You can add secretariats by clicking on any cluster number.
- After choosing the sachivalayams to include in the cluster and clicking “Submit,” one cluster will be successfully constructed.
For every Cluster formed, the table displays the cluster name, number of secretariats, secretariat names, and Edit and Delete buttons. - Similarly, you must finish all secretariats inside the boundaries of the municipality or mandal.
Edit of Clusters:
- A list of clusters will appear once the cluster creation process is complete.
- You might need to select the Edit option if you wish to modify any of the clusters.
- After clicking “Edit,” you may have the option to choose the new secretariat or deselect the previous one.
- The corrected statistics for Pending Secretariats and Secretariat No. will now be displayed.
- Similarly, you can modify or alter the clusters.
Cluster deletion:
- The task is finished once all the clusters have been completed.
- You must select the Delete option as shown if you wish to remove any of the generated clusters.
- After selecting the “Delete” option, you might need to click “Yes” to confirm.
- The selected cluster will be erased after clicking “Yes.”
- which displays the message “Successfully deleted the Cluster” in the Alert window.
- After that, you can modify or construct the remaining clusters as needed.
This is how village ward secretariats are actually clustered. The datail above explains all the specifics, including how to add, edit, and delete clusters.
