Your Role as a Service Desk Analyst L1

As a Service Desk Analyst L1 at Wipro, you will be the first point of contact for B2B clients experiencing any IT issues. You will resolve issues in tickets via phone, chat, email, or portal, covering software, hardware, and network problems.

  1. Logging and prioritizing all tickets, maintaining SLA and TAT targets as per company standards.
  2. Escalating complex issues as per the escalation matrix.
  3. Suggesting process improvements for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Service Desk Analyst L1 Responsibilities
