Selection Process for IndiGo AOCS Online Hiring 2025
The selection process for the IndiGo AOCS Online Hiring 2025 completes in 3 rounds, with every phase of the interview in explained in detailed below:
1. Registration & Screening

2. Assessment
This assessment is currently live for the candidates for select locations. For other candidates, your assessment will be conducted at a later stage, for which you will be informed via email & WhatsApp.
Shortlisted Candidates need be complete an assessment based on the following components:
- 10 multiple-choice questions – Mathematics
- 2 speech assessment questions (each requiring a minimum audio response of 45 seconds)
- 2 written assessment questions
The candidate will have a total assessment will be of 25 minutes to attend 14 questions.
3. In-Person Interview
Candidates who successfully clear both the interview process of Registration and Screening Assessment will be invited via WhatsApp or email for the final in-person interview.
Note: The mode of the in-person interview (online or offline) will depend on the location you select while applying.
