Key Features
- Outbound Sales Process
- 5.5 working days (2nd and 4th Saturday off, plus Sunday fixed off)
- Shuttle service is provided from metro stations Okhla Bird Sanctuary, Shaheed Sthal (Ghaziabad), and the Golf Course
Qualification
Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience:
- Freshers welcome
- Candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred)
- Comfortable with outbound sales and customer engagement
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling sales calls
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
- Target-oriented with a proactive mindset
Salary Structure
Relationship Manager (RM):
- Fresher: ₹17,000 CTC
- 1–2 Years Experience: ₹18,500 – ₹20,500 CTC
Digital Officer (DO)
- Fresher: ₹16,000 CTC
- 1–2 Years Experience: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 CTC
