Your role as Operations Internship at Travclan

Operations at TravClan is a key role which focuses on handling end to end booking service operations across company supported products while ensuring customer satisfaction. Handling on ground operations, and bookings on time falls under few high priority activities undertaken in Operations. As an Operations Intern at Travclan company, you can expect to be involved in a variety of tasks mentioned below:

1. Booking management (flights, hotels & holidays etc)
2. Customer service (Voice/Non-voice process)
3. Data analysis
4. Project management etc.

Intern will be paid Stipend of Rs.15000 per month and after successfully complication of the internship period, Intern will be awarded with a completion of internship.

Roles & Responsibilities as a Intern at Travclan

• Handling all kind of bookings and business operations at workplace

• Closely working with the customer in ensure to provide grate customer service on queries & Satisfactory post-booking operations such as booking confirmations, sharing vouchers, booking documents etc.

• Providing timely payments, updates to suppliers and deliveries to customers.

• Managing feedbacks and escalations from customers and vendors.

• Ensuring customer Satisfaction

• Regular and timely completion of agent KYC Process.

1. Aptitude Test/ Aptitude Round: Travclan selection process begins with a 50-minute aptitude round to test your basic skills for this role.
